Maison Simonnet-Febvre’s storied history in Chablis dates back to 1840, when they were founded by Jean Febvre, Master Cooper in Montbard.
Originally founded as a traditional method, Fizz specialist (and their crémants remain things of beauty – the only Crémant de Bourgogne still produced in Chablis) they now produce a wide range of wines expressing the various terroirs of Chablis.
Owning vineyards right across Chablis, including Premier Cru Mont de Milieu and Grand Cru Preuses, Simonnet-Febvre’s portfolio represents a spectacular cross-section of this iconic region.
